Person found unconscious at residence in Atwater

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched in the city of Atwater for a possible medical emergency involving an unconscious person near Brookhaven Place and Westmore Drive. Fire units were also directed to a separate reported vegetation fire near East Thirteenth Street and T Street.
