Teenage boys steal Bluetooth device near apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near Sunrise Apartments for a report that two teenage boys, described as white males, reportedly stole a Bluetooth device from someone outside. The incident was reported to have occurred about 20 minutes earlier and there was a language barrier with the reporting person.
