Suspicious person arguing near Atwater feed mill

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man near a property and a nearby feed mill on Pacific Avenue West in Atwater. The man, described as wearing a black shirt and khaki pants, was reportedly arguing with another person on or near the caller’s property.
