Complaint of children playing at new park

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched near a neighborhood park off Baymont Drive after a caller reported a mother allowing children to play on a newly constructed play area while she appeared distracted on her phone. An officer also went to a location on West 7th Street to speak with a man, possibly related to the same call.
