Teen distressed after placement attempt fails at Booth Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted near Booth Road involving a 16-year-old female youth who appeared upset and was yelling and screaming. The youth had been unsuccessfully placed in a home and was last connected to a nearby residence and a vehicle. The reporting party lost sight of the subject.
