Driver in rental truck nearly hits caller and flees

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report near West Clark Avenue where a caller said a woman driving a U-Haul truck nearly hit her after she confronted the driver about dumping trash, and the vehicle then sped away. The reporting party remained at the location and stated she recorded the incident on video.
