Rider injured in electric bike crash at high school

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent injury crash involving an electric bicycle near the northeast corner behind Aurora High School on West Prospect. The rider reportedly hit their head on the pavement, with eyes swollen shut. Law enforcement and fire/EMS units responded and arrived on scene.
