Diabetic man with swollen legs and breathing issues in Austin

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to a home off East State Road 256 in Austin for a man in his seventies with diabetes and swollen legs. The call was later upgraded to an emergency response when the caller reported he was having difficulty breathing.
