Person in Austin overdoses, CPR administered, breathing recorded

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders in Austin were dispatched to a possible overdose at a residence on 1st Avenue Northeast. CPR was reported to be in progress, and later radio traffic indicated the patient was breathing as the responding unit continued in with an estimated arrival of about five minutes.
