We are in route with a 76-760-year-old male. He is coming from home. He does have a history of dementia, and also he likes to drink alcohol. The wife thinks alcohol withdrawal. We are three minutes out. Pulse rate 134, 134. Blood pressure, 214, blood pressure, 214, over 131. It's been consistently high. Respirations are at 16. SPO2 is 94 on room air. Tried to do a soap assessment is not following commands at all. Again, we'll be there in three minutes and we do have IV access.
