Rose Decker Lake Apartments of Spanish speaker advising that he saw few subjects near his vehicle approximately six or six minutes or so ago. Complain and advise that he yelled at the subjects and they ran off. Subjects were lasting headed eastbound on Decker Lake. (name withheld), (name withheld), 26, 29. FPS over 4F150. person call.
