One-year-old initially unresponsive with breathing difficulty reported near Cherry Road in Hopewell

As discussed during the dispatch call, station 3035 and Medic 5400 were dispatched to a residence near Cherry Road in Hopewell for a reported 1-year-old who was unresponsive and having difficulty breathing. Subsequent radio traffic indicated the child was later crying and appeared to be doing okay.
