Repeat shoplifting suspect outside liquor store

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible shoplifting activity outside a liquor store on West Beaver Creek Boulevard in Avon. The reporting party stated that a person who had previously shoplifted there was outside again, trying to get other people to buy items for him.
