Welfare check conducted near Lake Street for missing person

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check at a location on Lake Street for a person previously reported missing. A white sedan linked to the missing person was located, its heavily tinted windows checked, and the vehicle was later impounded. A state trooper was also sent to assist.
