Driver reportedly passed out at wheel on West Avon Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near West Avon Road by the town line for a report of a male driver who appeared passed out at the wheel and may have been intoxicated in a Dodge Ram traveling southbound. The vehicle was followed toward the three-way intersection near Scoville Road, where Avon police reportedly conducted a traffic stop. Another unit was requested to assist at the stop.
