Fire alarm and small fire at Cook Street building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a building near Cook Street for a master fire alarm activation. Workers on site reported they had been working on the sprinkler system. A small fire was reportedly extinguished before firefighters cleared the scene.
