Person threatens to shoot others during reported mental health crisis

As discussed during the dispatch call, welfare check requested near Birch Boulevard after a third-hand report that (name withheld) was having a mental health crisis. The person reportedly texted about wanting to hurt herself and others and threatened to shoot anyone who came to the house. A loaded .22-caliber pistol was reported to be inside the residence, though it was unknown if she knew where it was.
