Red pickup driving erratically on Highway 2

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a red pickup driving erratically and at high speed westbound on Highway 2 near Bagley in Clearwater County. The reporting driver said they could not read the license plate and had limited description of the vehicle.
