Driver non-compliant during traffic stop on Maple

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near Maple Street and Houlton Road involving a vehicle with a Maine lobster license plate. The driver was reportedly noncompliant, briefly got out of the vehicle, and then returned inside.
