Car smoking after deer crash creates road hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and law enforcement units responded to a report of a Kia Sportage smoking after apparently hitting a deer near the 2100 block of US 50 by the county line. The vehicle was reported disabled in the roadway, creating a traffic hazard, and no injuries were reported.
