Car leaves road after steering failure on Potts Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible traffic incident near Potts Hill Road involving a black Toyota Camry that reportedly went partly off the roadway after the steering wheel locked up. The caller was traveling with two children and was described as upset and scared.
