Complaint of dog barking for over an hour

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a barking dog complaint reported near the 3400 block of Campbell Street in Baker City after a caller said a large dog had been barking for over an hour but could not be precisely located. Around the same time, fire and medical crews were dispatched to a residence near the 3800 block of Baker Street for a reported 43-year-old woman who was sick and vomiting after drinking alcohol.
