Collision involving swerving car on Highway 99

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible traffic collision on northbound Highway 99 near Panama Lane in Bakersfield. A black Nissan Altima was reportedly swerving and may have been struck or involved in a T-bone collision before stopping on the right shoulder.
