Pedestrian walking in lanes on Highway 99

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a pedestrian walking in traffic lanes on the northbound highway near Olive Drive in Bakersfield. The person was described as a woman crossing from the shoulder toward the median and later walking in a lane. A patient from the scene was transported by helicopter to a medical center in Ventura County.
