Argument at Balsam Lake with possible self-harm attempt

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an open 911 line from near 108th Street and County Road I with two people reportedly arguing. One person was reported to be possibly attempting self-harm. The caller later indicated the two were separated while law enforcement continued to respond to the scene.
