Traffic crash on southbound I-95 near mile 50.9

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible traffic crash on southbound I-95 near a mile marker in the Baltimore area. Additional ambulances and an EMS unit were also dispatched to a separate non-breathing medical emergency on Wilkins Avenue and another medical call on West Garrison Forest.
