Hit-and-run damage to parked truck on Poplar Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports that a blue caravan apparently struck a parked pickup truck near 22nd Street and Main Street. The vehicle did not remain at the scene. The incident was later discovered near a residence on Poplar Street.
