Rescue 1, Bar Harbor, 2, MDI Hospital. Good evening. This is Rescue 1 by Harvard coming to you with a 77-year-old male. Currently, he is conscious alert A&O times 4. The chief complaint is that he had three seizures in the morning, one at 127, another at 227, and one at 330. Prior to EMS arrival, he was given 5 milligrams of diazepam. He is currently sitting comfortably. He does have a history of seizures. He did have another seizure at 0,400 in the back of the ambulance. Blood sugar is 137, pulses 82, blood pressure is 131 over 72 with an ETCO2 of 30. He is on 96% at two leaders made with Panula. Ivy established in the left AC and a 12-league was taken with a normal sinus rhythm with a pacemaker was sent to you. Any further?
