Report of unsupervised child near moving vehicles

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of possible juvenile neglect near Moore Street, where a young child was seen outside and apparently unsupervised while vehicles were being moved in a driveway. A woman reportedly refused to speak with the officer but brought the child inside.
