Loose dog running through yards on South Superior

As discussed during the dispatch call, a loose tan pit bull with a black collar was reported running through yards between Third Street and Fourth Street on South Superior Avenue, possibly the same dog as an earlier report, and it disrupted a resident’s picnic.
