Male juvenile acting inappropriately at rec center

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a juvenile complaint at a recreation center on St. Joseph Street, where a male juvenile was reportedly behaving inappropriately in front of a juvenile female. The involved male juvenile had already left the area when officers were notified.
