Scooter rider injured in crash, leaves scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a vehicle colliding with a person on a stand-up electric scooter near the intersection of Adams and Wilson. The male scooter rider reportedly struck the side of the vehicle, appeared injured, and then left the area eastbound on Johnson. Units checked the area but were not able to locate him.
