Couple arguing over leaving and vehicle at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported domestic dispute at an apartment on Hash Ridge Road in Barboursville involving a man and his girlfriend arguing about leaving and use of a vehicle. The caller also reported two unloaded firearms placed outside the residence.
