Neighbor reported hitting dog with broom

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a residence near 7th Street in Barling for a report that a neighbor was seen hitting another neighbor’s dog with a broom. The caller was at one nearby home, and the injured dog was reported to be a few houses away.
