Black smoke in Barre Town traced to large bonfire

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters responded to a report of heavy black smoke near Mitchell Road in Barre Town. The smoke was traced to a large bonfire or burn pile, and crews determined the scene was under control. Additional responding units were canceled.
