Speeding driver flees traffic stop near State Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies in the Basehor area conducted a traffic stop near 155th Street and State Avenue on a blue Dodge Charger reportedly traveling about 90 miles per hour in a 60 zone. The vehicle then fled, leading to a short vehicle pursuit through nearby streets including Evans, 158th Street, and a neighborhood off Cedar Lakes before officers lost sight of it.
