Vehicle hits parked car in fire lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a minor collision in a parking fire lane near New Market Court. A caller driving a black Kia Forte reportedly struck a parked white Ford Fusion and could not locate the other vehicle’s owner.
