As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a multi-vehicle crash on westbound I-70 near the Bates City and Bay City exits, close to exit 31. Both westbound lanes appear to be blocked, and deputies and other units are working to divert traffic off the interstate toward Old 40.
