Loose cows reported on Highway 78 near Battle Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers discussed a possible traffic hazard involving three loose cows, two black and one red, along Highway 78 about two miles south of Battle Lake. A trooper may be sent from the Perham area to check the situation.
