Disabled vehicle blocking lane on US-31 near Hampton

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a disabled black SUV blocking a lane near a highway and cross street in Emmet County. Units checked the surrounding area, including near a telephone box and a nearby golf course, and later stood down while remaining available nearby.
