Driver swerving near school refuses to stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Cobre High School for a report of a red Nissan Versa swerving on the road. The vehicle, traveling near Royal Street and Tom Foy Boulevard, reportedly would not stop and was unable to stay in its lane.
