Reckless pickup with water tank swerving on US 160

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a brown pickup truck with a water tank driving recklessly and swerving into oncoming traffic and the ditch on westbound Highway 160 near milepost 98 by Bayfield, Colorado. The reporting party continued to follow the vehicle and offered to testify, while law enforcement units were attached to the reckless driving call.
