Apartment window reported smashed in Beachwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to East Haven Building (number withheld) near Amherst Circle for a report that someone apparently smashed a neighbor’s apartment window. The resident does not know who did it and requests officers check the outside of the building. The call may be related to an earlier disturbance involving a female at the same location.
