Neighbor reports couple arguing at Center Road home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible domestic dispute between a man and a woman near Center Road Southeast after a neighbor reported a loud verbal argument and concern about the man possibly trying to take the woman’s phone. A welfare check was requested for both people.
