Man treated for reopened hand wound with severe bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to an incident near Beaver Pike involving a 40-year-old male with a severe hand injury that appears to be a previous wound with broken stitches where a tourniquet and direct pressure were applied. Responders were approximately 19 minutes away.
