Person trying door handles after reported theft

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible theft report and a caller described a man in a (description withheld) and bright (description withheld) walking westbound on Second Street and reportedly trying door handles near the ballpark area west of Court Street. Multiple units were sent to check the area.
