Erratic dark blue sedan reported on I-75 near Beaverdam

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a small dark vehicle driving erratically on I-75 near Beaverdam, possibly a dark blue Buick LeSabre or similar crossover, with several occupants and a possible female victim inside. The vehicle was reportedly swerving across lanes, leaving turn signals on, and at one point appeared to attempt to enter an exit ramp the wrong way before continuing southbound toward Allen County.
