Unanswered 911 call with machinery noise in field

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to investigate a possible open 911 line near the 5200 block of Beaverton Road, across from a business called Bard. The caller was unresponsive, with possible machinery noise heard in the background, and the phone appeared to be answered with no one speaking.
