Vehicle possibly impersonating emergency vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers discussed a vehicle with New Hampshire plates using blue and red lights and a siren while traveling southbound on the highway. The vehicle was not reported to be stopping other drivers but appeared suspicious, and its license plate was checked over the radio.
