Man making suicidal threats outside apartment after drinking

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance at an apartment on Martin Drive, where a possibly intoxicated man was reportedly banging on a door and making suicidal threats. Multiple units arrived and later reported only one person at the scene.
